Refunds & Return Policy

If the item you have purchased from Harli & Me does not fit your pup, or you aren't satisfied with your purchase, we will happily provide you with store credit so that you can find an alternative size or product.
 
If you have received a faulty item, please contact hello@harliandme.com.au. We would love to help to resolve this.
 
Returns & Refunds

You can return your order within 14 days after you received it. Email hello@harliandme.com.au to discuss the returns process, and reason for return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

You are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the reason for return is due to a faulty/damaged product) and original shipping costs cannot be refunded.  We recommend you send the parcel back with a trackable service as we are unable to guarantee that we will receive the parcel back and do not take any responsibility for lost items in transit. 

Once the return has been received and processed, you will be emailed a Harli & Me store credit in the form of a gift voucher. You may use this gift voucher to purchase another item, this voucher will never expire. We do not offer direct exchanges
